Vendor and delivery packet

For vendors, delivery companies and movers, and for residents who book them. This checklist follows Article XXV of the 2021 Rules & Regulations.

  1. The vendor, moving company or delivery company provides a certificate of insurance. (Rules Art. XXV.K)

  2. The same company provides proof of workers’ compensation coverage. (Rules Art. XXV.K)

  3. The same company provides its business license. (Rules Art. XXV.K)

  4. Notify the office to reserve the service elevator. The office arranges floor and wall protection for the elevator and the hallway. (Rules Art. XXV.A)

  5. Schedule every delivery with at least 48 hours’ notice. (Rules Art. XXV.E)

  6. The non-refundable delivery fee is $25, paid in full 48 hours ahead by a separate check payable to the association. (Rules Art. XXV.I)

  7. A $300 deposit, by check only, is required to schedule a vendor, a move or a delivery. The cost of any damage to the hallways or elevators is deducted from it. (Rules Art. XXV.F)

  8. Deliveries and moves run Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No evenings, weekends or holidays. (Rules Art. XXV.C)

  9. The delivery truck must be smaller than an 18-wheeler and stay within the building’s clearance. (Rules Art. XXV.J)

  10. One vehicle per move or delivery per unit. (Rules Art. XXV.G)
