Community

Neighbors who show up.

A building with this many homes works best when people can find each other. Three things help.

A resident portal

Notices, documents and meetings in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Portuguese and Russian, run by the people who live here.

The neighbors' group

A neighbors' WhatsApp group run by residents of both towers, separate from the association. Right now it is for owners, who can join it from the resident dashboard.

Clubhouse life

Cards, classes, holidays by the pool. Five hundred homes make a town of their own.

Home is the quiet stretch between the golf course and the water.
